How Yoga transforms your body?
🌸After a class: Okay, this is something interesting, food for both mind and body people say..
🌸After a few months: Difficult to be consistent, but kept going
🌸After a year : Blissful, and a integral part of life.
Major issues for me were:
Everything is at a better state than before, way better state!! Last Yoga Day itself it was already half a year that I was doing yoga, so that was so satisfying that I did my routine suryanamskars last year not because it was yoga day, but it had become my lifestyle, and now since I've taken up this Yoga Teachers' Course, with learning all the patanjali sutras, and Geeta shlokas, I understood whatever we all believe to be yoga, is just.. umm say 10% of actual yoga and known as yogasana. Yoga is way beyond the physical postures, it's a way of living, when you want to pursue a career in the same, it can't be like you'll practice for a week and you'll get through, because in order to make people understand and believe in this science, you need to believe and experience its effects all by yourself first, and when you understand even the 0.0000001% of it you realise it's a treasure you've got and won't even matter whether or not you'd earn something or achieve anything gross(competition, delivering yoga sessions). It's complete bliss. That you have now improved the capacity of your mind beyond what people around you might understand and how you can help them rise with you.
